The “Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes” ( AWD ) is fitted for the abstraction of drinking water for the city of Amsterdam since 1853 and is operated by the company called “Waternet”. It is a beautiful hiking area and an excellent area for photographing flora & fauna. If you are lucky you can spotting here fallow deer, roe deer, foxes and many other animals and/or (rare) flowers and plants.

- Access card is required = > day or year card (children under 17 years are free)
